Issue: When initializing HowNow, users encounter the following error message: "An error occurred during startup: '1899-12-30' is not a valid date and time", preventing them from accessing their software.

Cause: The issue is caused by Kaspersky Antivirus blocking HowNow traffic.

Workaround / Resolution: To resolve this problem, create an exception in Kaspersky Antivirus. Alternatively completely remove it has successfully resolved this issue in the past.
