Issue: Some users may encounter the following error on the preview screen when attempting to preview a PDF attachment from within a binder:

This application domain (https://workpapers.businessfitness.com.au) is not authorized to use the provided PDF Embed API Client ID.

​Cause: Firewall/AV blocking access to certain sites that the PDF preview screen uses.

Workaround/Resolution:

Make an exception in your firewall and any security programs to allow users to access the following URL:
​https://acrobatservices.adobe.com/dc-pdfverbs-web
​
By allowing access to this URL, users should be able to preview PDF attachments from within the binder without encountering the aforementioned error.
