Issue: When refreshing the Trial Balance in Smart Workpapers, users may encounter the following error if the file is connected to a MYOB source:

Unable to find Item.

Cause: Smart Workpapers cannot access the MYOB file.

Workaround/Resolution: Log into the MYOB file in a browser by visiting app.myob.com and ensure you can gain access. Also, perform updates on the MYOB file if prompted. Ensure that the login credentials for the MYOB file have sufficient access privileges. Check for any API outages on the MYOB side.
