Issue: Users may see the following error while refreshing the trial balance in Smart Workpapers:
"ArgumentException: There is no existing file connection for this file, cannot access without supplying all details."
Additionally, users might encounter the error message "Unable to find workpaper" in the Connect File pane, as shown below:
Steps to Fix:
Check the Smart Workpapers Add-in:
Go to File > Options > Add-ins and ensure the Smart Workpapers Add-in is active.
Sign Out and Back In:
In the Smart Workpapers log in menu, sign out, then sign in again.
Reconnect Xero:
Disconnect and reconnect Xero at Business Fitness Connections, then click Connect File from the Home Sheet.
