Issue: When clients log in to their Smart Workpapers and attempt to access a workpaper, they encounter the following error message: "You are not subscribed to the Connected Workpapers product." (Error 402 reported in the console).

Cause: This issue arises from either their Smart Workpapers license having expired or due to the presence of old, expired license entitlements associated with the firm in our CRM system. This is a result of our failure to remove such licenses when clients transition from a trial period to a full subscription.

Resolution: After verifying within Central that an adequate number of licenses are enabled for their users, contact the Admin Team to eliminate any obsolete and expired licenses associated with the firm.
