Issue: If clients are unable to select options in any of the dropdown menus triggered by the Smart Workpapers add-in, or if the mouse flickers when attempting to expand options a dropdown menu, this may be due to an incompatible screen resolution with the Smart Workpapers add-in.

Cause: Screen resolution/scale causing conflict with the Smart workpapers UI.

​Resolution:
- When using multiple screens, try moving Excel to a different screen to see if that helps.
- Alternatively, adjust the screen 'Scale and layout' settings in Windows > Display Settings: set it to 100% for laptops and small screens, or 125% for larger screens.
