Issue: Users may see blank trial balance accounts and records in the side panel, where only amounts may show. This is a refresh error.

Cause: This issue is attributed to a refresh/UI error.

Resolution: To resolve this, users can log out of the add-in and then log back in. If the issue persists, it is recommended to ensure that Excel is up to date and then reinstall the Active Workpapers add-in.
