Issue: When users run the Income Tax automation, they encounter the following error despite passing the 'Account identification' step:

Error: "Unable to map Ledger journal line to Workpapers account."

Cause: If the binder is connected to the Active ledger source, the relevant income tax account may not have been brought into Active Ledger's account list via bulk insert.

Resolution/Workaround: To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Open the associated Active ledger file and dataset.

2. Navigate to the Accounts screen > Source Accounts.

3. Click on bulk insert and check if the relevant Income Tax Account appears in the list.

4. If the income tax account is present, bulk insert it into your accounts list and ensure it is classified.

5. Once this is done, reimport all columns in your binder.

6. Run the income tax automation again.
