Issue: Users may encounter that despite a client existing in both FYI and XPM, the FYI Entity field is not automatically pre-filling with the FYI client's name when creating a new binder or adding a document. However, when the user searches for this client manually, it does appear as a dropdown result.

FYI Entity Pre-fill Not Working When Creating a New Binder:

FYI Entity Pre-fill Not Working in Add Document Screen:

Cause: This is either due to the XPM connection being disconnected or due to a client details mismatch between XPM, Active, or FYI.

Resolution/Workaround: This issue can be resolved by checking the following steps:

A- Go to Central, look up the firm, and check if their XPM connection is showing as disconnected.

Reconnecting or enabling this XPM connection will allow the FYI entity dropdown to prefill automatically. Without an XPM connection, the prefill will not happen automatically.

B- Check that the client details in Active, XPM, and FYI match exactly.

1. For XPM: Ensure the client name, client group, and client and export codes are correct.

2. For FYI: Ensure the client name, client group, and client and export codes are correct.

3. For Active: Ensure the client's name is correct (proper case, no spaces before or after the legal name), and the client group is correct. Also, ensure the client has the correct client code.
