Accessing your Business Fitness Identity Account


You can manage your Business Fitness Identity account by signing in to our Identity Website using the following link: https://identity.businessfitness.com.au/

On the Identity Website, you can access the following:

  • Profile Tab: Where you can update your name, email, and phone number.

  • Password: Where you can Change your password.

  • Two-Factor Authentication: Where you can Manage 2FA recovery codes, reset 2FA, or set up your 2FA.


Managing your Identity Account Profile Information


Updating First name and Last name

To Update your first and last name for any Business fitness products, Visit the Profile screen of the Business Fitness Identity website:

  1. Navigate to the profile management page.

  2. Locate the respective fields for first and last name.

  3. Enter the updated information.

Maintaining current details helps prevent discrepancies in your account.

Changing your Business Fitness Login Email Address

To keep your email address up-to-date:

  1. Access the profile management page.

  2. Update your email address in the designated field.

Note: Updating your Email Address changes your Login Username. Ensure the new email address is accurate and accessible to you to avoid any login issues.

Updating or Adding your Phone number for SMS recovery

Your phone number is essential for enhancing your account security by enabling 2FA SMS recovery codes. Please note:

  • Adding a phone number for the first time: Enables SMS recovery.

  • Updating an existing number: Changes the number used for SMS recovery.

To Update your phone number, click into the phone number field on the Profile screen and follow the onscreen prompts to update it. Ensure to finalise your changes by clicking 'Save Changes' at the bottom.

Managing your Password


Updating your password:

Regularly updating your password is crucial for your business fitness account's security. To update your password, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the Password Screen by clicking into the Password option on the left.

  2. Follow the prompts to enter and confirm your new password.

Tip: Ensure your new password meets our security and character requirements and is unique.


Managing your Two-Factor (2FA) Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Business Fitness account beyond just a username and password. By requiring a second form of verification—such as a code sent to your phone or generated by an app—2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.


It is mandatory to have 2FA set up for business fitness products to comply with current legislation for cloud service providers.

Resetting your 2FA Recovery Codes

Resetting your recovery codes is an essential step in maintaining the security of your Business Fitness Account. If you suspect that your recovery codes have been compromised or if you simply want to generate new ones for added security, follow these steps:

If your recovery codes are compromised or you wish to generate new ones:

  1. Navigate to the Two-factor authentication Screen by clicking on the Two-factor authentication option on the left.

  2. Select the option to reset the relevant recovery codes and follow the on screen prompts.

Tip: Always store recovery codes in a secure location.

Similarly 2FA SMS recovery codes can also be managed in the same screen.

Setting up or Managing existing 2FA

Setting up an authenticator app adds an extra layer of security to your Business Fitness Account. To configure an authenticator app, follow these steps:

Configuring 2FA using an authenticator app helps protect your account from unauthorised access by generating unique codes that are required for logging in. It's a simple yet effective way to enhance the security of your Business Fitness Account. Follow the onscreen prompts on the Two-factor authentication screen to set up your 2FA.

Resetting 2FA / Authenticator key

If you lose access to your authenticator app or suspect your 2FA QR code/key is compromised:

  1. Navigate to the Two-factor authentication screen.

  2. Select the option to 'Reset authenticator key' and complete the onscreen process as above.

Resetting your two factor authenticator key helps maintain the security of your Business Fitness Account and ensures that only authorised individuals can access your account.
