Issue: When users create a custom firm template with embedded checkboxes, and then insert this custom record template in an Excel Smart workpaper workbook, the original checkboxes embedded in the template do not appear.

βCause: This issue is caused by an Excel setting.
Resolution: To resolve this issue, enable the "Cut, copy, and sort inserted objects with their parent cells" option in Excel. You can find this setting under Excel > File > Options > Advanced
