Issue: When uploading a custom Workpaper record template and inserting it into a starter file, some inserted objects from the custom template, such as checkboxes, may fail to display properly.


​Cause: Excel setting

​Resolution:

Start by checking standard troubleshooting steps, such as verifying the Excel add-in and Excel version.


If the problem persists, adjust this Excel setting:

  1. Go to Excel > File > Options > Advanced.

  2. Under Cut, Copy, and Paste, enable 'Cut, copy, and sort inserted objects with their parent cells'.


This will ensure that inserted objects, like checklists/graphs/images, display correctly when adding the custom workpapers to the starter file.
