Issue

When attempting to download the install file from the website (www.reportance.com.au/install), Google Chrome will download the file, but reject it with the following message:

Solution

Immediate Workaround:

Navigate to the site with another browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, but please notify the development team.

Permanent Fix:

1) Adding www.reportance.com.au and reportance.com.au to Google Webmaster Tools allowed the Google 'bot' to crawl through the website and identify any security issues with files, and also cleared any files that may have been initially flagged as dangerous but are not. Note this can take 3 - 4 days to work!!

2) Ensure all .exe components embedded in the installer are signed
