Issue: When adding hyperlinks into the excel sheet, then subsequently trying to open the hyperlink, users experience the following error:

"Cannot open the specified file"

Cause: File Path or File Name has irregular characters such as '#'

Resolution: Avoid use of irregular characters such as # and/or try with shorted file paths if issue persists.
