This article details on how to set up your 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) for our Identity Products (HowNow X, Portal, Smart Workpapers, and Reportance)
First you will need to log-in to identity.businessfitness.com.au.au (If your account has not yet been created, you will need to reach out to your Administrators)
Once Logged in, you can click on the Two Factor Authentication button on the left hand side.
Now you want to "Configure authenticator app" and follow the instructions.
