If you're seeing the error message "Document title '[GUID]' not found" when trying to link or open a document in HowNow, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Verify Document Availability
Ensure that the document still exists in HowNow. If the document has been deleted or moved, this error will occur.
Navigate to HowNow and manually search for the document.
Step 2: Check Your HowNow Version
Make sure you're using HowNow version 10.2.1.534 or later, as older versions may cause compatibility issues.
You can check your version in the "About" section of HowNow.
Step 3: Re-Link the Document
Unlink and then re-link the document by following these steps:
Click "Add Record."
Select "Add from HowNow X."
Search for the client and document.
Link the document again.
Step 4: Check Integration Settings
Verify that the HowNow X integration is correctly set up in the Active Admin Centre:
Ensure that the binder link settings are configured properly.
