Issue:

New users see a Microsoft sign-in prompt with the message "Tell us the account you want to use to open e79b9622-edf5-4a2c-96fc-e7547ee77543" instead of the normal message when accessing a binder stored in SharePoint via Excel desktop, as shown in the screenshot.

Solution:

1. Log in via Excel Online:

- Open the binder via Excel Online in a web browser from BusinessFitness website.

- Log in with your Microsoft account credentials.

- Access the specific SharePoint binder online to authenticate the account.

- If an error occurs at this step:

- Remove and re-add the document license.

- Retry accessing the binder in Excel Online.

2. Retry in Excel Desktop:

- Close and reopen Excel desktop.

- Access the SharePoint binder again, which should now open without the sign-in prompt.

- If an error occurs at this step:

- Update the license in Excel.

- Ensure the correct Microsoft subscription is active.

- Verify that the correct Microsoft email is being used.

Notes:

- Ensure Office is up to date.

- Check for any connectivity issues or IT policy restrictions.
