How to Get Help with HowNow

Overview: HowNow offers multiple avenues for users to find assistance, ensuring you can get the support you need, when you need it.

If you need assistance with HowNow, there are several ways to get help:

  • In-App Help Button

  • Your HowNow Administrator

  • HowNow Support Team

  • Client Care Team

  • Web-Based Training (Pre-recorded)

  • Live Training from Business Fitness

In-App Help Button

You can access help directly within the HowNow software.

  1. Navigate to File Menu > Info to access the main help section.

  2. Many dialog boxes within HowNow also feature a Help button. Clicking this will provide context-specific assistance.

Once in the Help section, you can search for specific topics to find the information you need.

Your HowNow Administrator

Your organization's HowNow Administrator is a valuable resource for assistance.

  • First point of contact: After checking the in-app Help, your HowNow Administrator should be your next step for questions.

  • Trained resource: They are trained to answer many common questions about using HowNow.

  • Liaison with HowNow Support: Your Administrator is authorized to contact the HowNow Support Team on your behalf if further assistance is needed.

HowNow Support Team

The HowNow Support Team is available to assist HowNow Administrators with more complex issues.

Who can contact: Access to the HowNow Support Team is typically through your HowNow Administrator.

Cost: Support is included if it's part of your organization’s HowNow contract. Otherwise, a "per incident" support fee may apply, which will be explained at the start of your interaction.

  • Online Form: Accessible via the File Menu > Info > Request Support option within HowNow.

  • Telephone (Australia only): 1300 333 424

Response Times:

  • Standard queries: Usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Response times may be longer during peak periods.

  • Installation and critical issues: Usually responded to within 2 hours.

Client Care Team

The Client Care Team specializes in implementation assistance and supplementary training.

When to contact Client Care:

  • For "bigger picture" implementation questions or issues.

  • For assistance with setting up HowNow or supplementary training needs.

Note: Technical issues with the software or content are best directed to the HowNow Support Team via your Administrator.
