HowNow X requires the Microsoft SQL Server Native Client to be installed, which requires Windows Administrator permissions. For firms where users are not administrators of their own computers, the installation will need to be performed in two parts:
Users can download and install the HowNow X Standalone installer using the below download button, which does not require Administrator permissions.
Administrators will need to then deploy/install the Microsoft SQL Server Native Client .msi file to user machines, available via the following download link:

Once both steps are completed, users should be able to launch and login to HowNow X.
Troubleshooting
If users face an error when running the standalone HowNow X installer, please follow the steps below with the user to troubleshoot the issue:
On the user's machine, right click the downloaded HowNow X Standalone installer and click Run as Administrator, and enter your admin credentials.
Proceed as normal, and when you reach the page that allows you to choose a path to install HowNow X to, you'll notice that the path will be C:\Users\[your administator account]. Simply replace your administrator account name with the name of the user account folder, and proceed with installation.
