The process outlines the steps required to re-enable a data sync for HowNow OnPrem/Server. You will notice the issue occurring as users will be reporting that their newly added contacts in XPM aren't showing up in HowNow. In order to complete this process you will need access to the Server HowNow is hosted on. Please note that this may be done through External IT and as a result, you should always confirm with the user if they can provide access or not.
Open the Task Scheduler
Open the Logging Folder and sort by Date Modified
Enter the Daily Support Code and run the below script
Take note of the SettingID and add this to the Select Script
select * from SYNCHRONIZATIONSETTINGS
โwhere settingid = 'x'
Copy this new token and run the below script in the Support Utility
Close Support Utility and Open the DataSync.exe
Close DataSync and re-enable the Scheduled Task
