When copying text from Business Fitness to Outlook, unwanted code snippets (e.g., `<div>` tags) appear.

Solution:

Adjust Outlook's formatting settings and ensure proper pasting.

Steps:

1. Open Outlook:

- Launch Microsoft Outlook.

2. Ensure Supported Version:

- Confirm you are using a supported Outlook version.

3. Access Editor Options:

- Click `File` > `Options`.

- Select `Mail` > `Editor Options`.

4. Adjust Formatting Settings:

- In `Advanced` tab, scroll to `Cut, copy, and paste`.

- Set all options to `Keep Source Formatting (Default)`.

5. Save Changes:

- Click `OK` in both dialog boxes.

6. Ensure Proper Pasting:

- Use `Ctrl + V` or right-click `Paste` directly into the email body. (Ctrl + Shift + V will enable plain text)
