Error: 'Email document has failed' - Security Manager not found, when right-clicking on a record and selecting email as a file attachment.
Ensure that both HowNow and Outlook are closed for the below steps.
Unregister the Secman DLL's.
Create a local copy of the Secman DLL's.
This step is for HNOP only, skip for HNX.
Register the Secman DLL's.
Haven't had to do the below in over three years, not sure if this is still relevant.
If the user is on a Citrix Server or terminal server environment, perform the following within the File Explorer:
%LocalAppData%
locate : \Local\Business Fitness\HowNow Email Manager
then delete the HowNow Email Manager
