Deactivating a Portal Firm is NOT easily Reversible.

Ensure you have the correct written signoff by the correct authority to perform this action and follow the QA process. (currently being written - see PS/MW)

To Create or Deactivate a Firm you must log into the Portal System Administration using the BFAccount@ details in LastPass.

To Register (Create) a Firm:

>Firms

>select the Register button

>Enter the details and select the Features required

To Deactivate:

>select the Deactivate button

>type the name of the Firm

>Select Deactivate
