Advise customers to use fresh templates from the Business Fitness website. This step can resolve issues related to corrupted or overly complex templates*:

- Open a web browser.

- Go to workpapers.businessfitness.com.au.

- Sign in and download fresh templates.

- Use these templates for new workpapers

Coordinate with the firm's admin team if necessary to ensure that all users have access to the updated templates.

* If the customer is using a customized template and it is loaded with too many links, it could cause the "Excel ran out of resources" error. This issue has been observed in several instances, such as in ticket [#62829]
