HNX uses Google Authenticator Authentication.
To reset a user:
Log into you Auth0 Admin Account
Navigate to Users & Roles
User the search bar to search the email address of the User
Click on the User
Use the Actions dropdown to 'Reset Multi-factor'
>If the User tries to login after you 'Reset Multi-factor' - they will be asked to set up MFA again.
>Alternatively you can 'Send an Enrollment Invitation' - see image below
The user will receive an email to setup MFA - see below image.
