For either reactivating or deactivating a customer you will need to be in CMS.
To reactivate a customer account:
In the Organisation tab, click in the Type box.
Add the appropriate type (eg. Client - HNA (Monthly Subscription).
Click on any old types that don't match any more (such as Client - HNA (No Monthly Subscription) and delete them.
Go to the Subscriptions tab.
Double click on all appropriate subscriptions and tick the Enabled checkbox, then Publish.
You will see a green bar come up on the screen for a second when it is done.
Click OK to confirm changes.
To deactivate a customer account:
In the Organisation tab, click in the Type box.
Add the appropriate type (eg. Client - HNA (No Monthly Subscription).
Click on any old types that don't match any more (such as Client - HNA (Monthly Subscription) and delete them.
Go to the Subscriptions tab.
Double click on all appropriate subscriptions and untick the Enabled checkbox, then Publish.

Click OK to confirm changes.
