For either reactivating or deactivating a customer you will need to be in CMS.

To reactivate a customer account:

  1. In the Organisation tab, click in the Type box.

  2. Add the appropriate type (eg. Client - HNA (Monthly Subscription).

  3. Click on any old types that don't match any more (such as Client - HNA (No Monthly Subscription) and delete them.

  4. Go to the Subscriptions tab.

  5. Double click on all appropriate subscriptions and tick the Enabled checkbox, then Publish.

  6. You will see a green bar come up on the screen for a second when it is done.

  7. Click OK to confirm changes.

To deactivate a customer account:

  1. In the Organisation tab, click in the Type box.

  2. Add the appropriate type (eg. Client - HNA (No Monthly Subscription).

  3. Click on any old types that don't match any more (such as Client - HNA (Monthly Subscription) and delete them.

  4. Go to the Subscriptions tab.

  5. Double click on all appropriate subscriptions and untick the Enabled checkbox, then Publish.

  6. You will see a green bar come up on the screen for a second when it is done.

  7. Click OK to confirm changes.
