Incident description:
Azure Service bus namespaces unreachable issues in Australia East region on 2020-03-20

Incident report:

Starting from 2020-03-20 03:00 A.M. UTC, customer started to experience service bus namespace unreachable issues in Australia East region. All backend VMs from the impacted scale unit were not reachable, which caused all service bus namespaces deployed and hosted in the scale unit not reachable as well.

After several troubleshooting procedures, Azure Network Team was able to confirm the software load balancer for the scale unit lost availability and put backend VMs in unreachable state due to the incorrect configuration applied in the recent upgrade.

When the configuration rolled back, the backend VMs were then reachable again and all service bus namespaces became available again.
