Click the preview icon: Pressing this icon will display the contents of the document in a dedicated preview pane.
Understanding Preview Behaviour
Keep the following points in mind when using the document preview feature:
Closing the preview: The preview pane will close if you click away from the preview icon or the preview pane itself.
Grid refresh: Any action that refreshes the records grid, such as applying new search terms or filters, will also close the document preview.
Previewing multiple documents: If you are scrolling through the records grid and wish to preview multiple documents, you must click the preview icon for each document individually. The preview will update to show the content of the most recently selected document.
